What if it is sign over night?

Conventionally, Sunday evening, the Nephrologists sign over.  The current practice is such that any new consults from Sunday evening (approx 7 pm) would be reviewed with the oncoming Nephrologist on call.  However any follow-up calls would continue to be sent to the outgoing Nephrologist overnight until 7 am.  Subsequent to 7 am Monday, all calls would be sent to the on-call Nephrologist.

How does one page if there are technical difficulties with the website?

If you experience technical difficulties, you may call Windsor Regional Hospital Ouellette campus ER at 519-973-4401 and ask to page the nephrologist on call. The preference is to use the online paging service for contacting the nephrology group.  The ER will not be able to assist with the online paging service as these are unrelated systems.  If there are questions with regards to the website please speak personally with one of our office secretaries or the Nephrologists.
